In 2001 Green Crow Properties, LLC was established as our residential real estate development group in order to provide a tax efficient platform to capture specific higher-and-better use opportunities that existed in the Green Crow timberland base.  Green Crow’s purchase of timberland often results in the acquisition of property with the path of progress and close to local communities.
